2D and 3D laser cutting
|
|
CNC laser cutting is a progressive technology in the field
of processing of sheet and sectional materials that does not require any further processing of cut-out pieces (ready to use). The final products are of high repeated accuracy.

Technology parameters:
- standard laser cutting (structural steel)
- sublimation and fusion cutting under highly pressurized inert gas (stainless steel, aluminium, duralumin, high-alloy steel materials) with cut edges without any traces of oxides, burning or burr
- maximum component dimensions: 1500 x 3000 mm or 2000 x 4000 mm
- 3D cutting of profiles and pipes up to diameter (diagonal) 300 mm
- accuracy: +/- 0.1 mm or +/- 0.03 mm
- HAZ (heat-affected zone): 0.05 – 0.3 mm
- cutting kerf width: 0.1 – 0.4 mm

Technology limits of CNC 2D laser machines:
- maximum workpiece dimensions:
2000x4000 mm
- maximum sheet thickness:
25 mm (structural steel)
15/20* mm (stainless steel, alloyed steel)
12 mm (aluminium alloys)
*) splitting cut
- 3D processing of profiles and tubes: minimum diameter / diagonal: 38 mm maximum diameter / diagonal: 300 mm
