Highly efficient technology that combines punching and laser cutting, designed for the production of a wide range of sheet metal parts. The automated manufacturing process, using a turret head, performs punching, nibbling, cutting, forming, bending, and threading in a single step, enabling high repeatability of parts with high production efficiency.

The punching unit is also designed for processing sheets with sensitive surfaces, such as polished or ground stainless steel, aluzinc, ferrozinc, plastic-coated sheets, double-sided laminated sheets, aluminum alloys, etc. All operations are performed on a brush table with no or minimal risk of scratching the surface.

- punching of circular and special holes with high repeatability up to the standard dimension of 88.9 mm
- forming with the option of upforming (forming upward) up to dimensions of 80 x 25 mm
- formed threads up to the standard size of M8 with the possibility of creating a so-called thread collar to optimize thread strength in thin sheets
